Privacy

This site collects very little: only what you type into the contact form, so we can reply. No cookies, no tracking, no advertising. This page covers imacura.in only; Nazara and Daak have their own policies.

1.0Who we are

Imacura Private Limited (CIN U62090HR2026PTC152552), a company incorporated in India, runs imacura.in and is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions or requests go to sarvagya@imacura.in.

2.0What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and, if you give them, your company, the kind of project, a budget range and your message.

Like every website, our hosting provider records technical request logs (such as IP address, browser and time) to keep the site running and secure.

We don't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers, and we don't buy or receive data about you from anyone else.

3.0Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss and deliver the work you ask about, and keep records a business is required to keep. We never sell it or use it for advertising.

4.0Who else handles it

Two service providers process data for us:

  • Vercel, which hosts the site and keeps its request logs.
  • Our email provider, which delivers your form submission to our inbox.

Both may store data outside India. We share data with anyone else only if the law requires it.

5.0How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as the law requires for business records. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

6.0Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email sarvagya@imacura.in and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7.0Changes

If we change what we collect, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
